Booking an appointment is confirmation you have read and agree to these policies. Please read carefully.

Sanitation Practices

Etiquette

  • Please arrive at the appointed time for the best experience and time to receive treatment.

  • Be sure to shower before your appointment if you are coming to the spa right after the gym.

Cancellations & No shows

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled service.

Should you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, ,the full cost of your appointment will be charged. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

Late Arrivals

​Please keep in mind that showing up late for an appointment will affect the length and nature of your service. We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside our control. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. Unfortunately, arriving too late to perform a service will result in a cancellation, and the associated cancellation fees.

In fairness to all clients, there will be no exception to the above policies.

  • Solo esthetician uses vitamins and immune support daily.

  • Any person with symptoms will be asked to leave.

  • All guests receive fresh sheets and towels.

  • Absolutely zero double dipping is the standard for face waxing.

  • All laundry is cleaned with bleach and hot water. No two clients will share linens even if related.

  • All tools and equipment are sanitized with EPA-registered disinfectant.

  • Spa is cleaned after each appointment, at the end of the work day, and deep cleaned by a professional cleaning company twice a month.
